Our aim is to support a vibrant and strong culture of high quality music education in our schools.

There is incontrovertible and overwhelming evidence that music education improves academic outcomes, social and emotional well-being and physical capacities for students. We know there are many pressures for schools and music education can sometimes be difficult to resource. It is well worth the extra effort though, as those schools that prioritise music are the best performers by all current measures, including on the MySchool website and Naplan results.
