APOGEE

Apogee (meaning ‘the pinnacle or highest point’) is our senior combined schools concert band ensemble. This ensemble is called upon to represent NT DoE (Department of Education) at key official functions and events. It is a prestigious and long established concert band with some of the NT’s highest achieving students as members.  This ensemble also forms the nucleus of the Beat Festival Pit Orchestra.

Rehearsals take place on Wednesday's from 3.30pm- 5.00pm, at the NT Music School - Sanderson Middle School Campus.

Things you should know:

• Students will be required to complete a Permission to Attend NT Music School Ensemble Form on joining an ensemble.
• An ensemble uniform is required for all performances and can be purchased for $35 prior to the first performance.
• An ensemble registration cost of $50 per year is charged for all school students who are not enrolled in NT Music School instrumental lessons.
• Students are required to bring their instrument, pencil and water bottle to each rehearsal.
