Rock School

Rock School ensemble is offered by the Department of Education (DoE), through the Northern Territory Music School (NTMS), and is often called upon to perform at various functions throughout the year including the NT Music School Beat Festival forecourt program, All Ages Gigs and One Tropical Day.
 Rehearsals take place  3:30pm - 4:30pm, at the NT Music School - Sanderson Middle School Campus.

Things you should know:

• Students will be required to complete a Permission to Attend NT Music School Ensemble Form on joining an ensemble.
• An ensemble uniform is required for all performances and can be purchased for $35 prior to the first performance.
• All students are asked for a one-off annual contribution of $50 to participate in Northern Territory Music School programs. This contribution is requested only once per year, regardless of the number of NTMS programs a student accesses..
• Students are required to bring their instrument, pencil and water bottle to each rehearsal.
